When we connect over the phone, I’ll ask you why you are seeking therapy. You are welcome to be brief and broad, or more specific. You can also ask any questions about me or my approach to therapy. If we choose to work together, we will decide on a time to meet that fits your schedule on a reliable and ongoing basis. I see people once a week or twice a week. Sessions are 50 minutes.
